group of rebels had emerged, calling themselves the Scrollers With A Right, or SWAR for short. 

They believed that people should have the freedom to write whatever they wanted in the boxes, without fear of censorship or punishment.

IFMA saw SWAR as a threat to the stability of the infinite world. They labeled the rebels as troublemakers and warned that their actions could lead to chaos and destruction.
